Hans Martin Hamre, Founder Hans Martin Hamre received his Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management BI in 1989. The following 12 years, he was instrumental in founding several IT companies both in Norway and the US. Furthermore, he was involved in designing, implementing and administering a number of complex share-based payment schemes. While seeing US-GAAP and IFRS evolve during the late 1990s, he developed new ideas and subsequently gave the finishing touches to his very intellectual thoughts on the idea behind Norse Solutions. Sadly, Hans Martin passed away from cancer in October 2007.

Arne Peder Blix, Co-Founder, CEO Arne Peder Blix holds a MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, as well as a degree in Maritime Law from the University of Oslo. Arne Peder is a graduate from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and spent most of his sea service on submarines. Thereafter, Arne Peder worked in various roles within the ship transportation industry, including classification, lobby, legal and commercial, before joining Hans Martin, Bjørn and Geir in building up Norse Solutions.

Bjørn Lyder Løberg, Co-Founder, CFO and Chairman
Bjørn Lyder Løberg received his Master of Science in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management BI in 1990. He has been instrumental in founding several IT companies in Norway. During his career, Bjørn has held various positions such as Sales Manager, Head of Logistics and Chief Financial Officer in several companies and has wide experience in understanding and handling complex corporate finance issues. |

Dr. Jan Øyvind Aagedal, CTO Jan Øyvind Aagedal holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Technology and Science and a Dr. scient. in software engineering from the University of Oslo. Jan Øyvind worked as a senior scientist at SINTEF and chief architect in the IPTV project in Telenor before joining Norse in 2009. |

Geir Claussen, Co-Founder, Chief Architect Geir Claussen received his Cand. Mag. in Information Technology and Mathematics from the University of Oslo in 1983. Geir has an excellent understanding of complex matters and designing and developing elegant solutions to improve business processes. Geir has known Hans Martin and Bjørn professionally since 1988 and 1990 respectively and their mutual trust and cooperation skills grew through the 1990s, subsequently leading to the forming of Norse Solutions.

Svein Petter Undheim, Chief Product and Business Development Officer Svein Petter joined Norse Solutions in May 2006. He holds a Master of Science in Business and Administration with a major in Finance from the Norwegian School of Management BI. While studying he worked part time at Orkla Finans in sales and marketing.

Finn Dahl, Chief Operating Officer
Finn Dahl joined Norse Solutions in 2006. His position with the company has given him valuable expertise within all aspects of share-based payment and requirements analysis for the continuous development of our software Norse Options. Finn started his career in KPMG Financial Services and holds a Master of Science in Business from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) and a Master of Business in Finance from the University of Technology, Sydney (UTS).

Nina Løberg, Head of Share Purchase Programs Prior to joining Norse Solutions in 2006, Nina Løberg came from the position of CFO of the Swedish Torda group. Nina has worked for 7 years as an auditor for the Oslo office of Ernst and Young, and has since held various positions in corporate accounting/finance. She holds an MBA degree in accounting and auditing from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH).

Karine Sandberg, Vice President Communications and Business Development Karine Sandberg joined Norse Solutions in September 2007. Karine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from the Norwegian School of Management BI as well as studies in Political Science from the University of Siena, Italy. Karine’s role in the company has provided her with broad insight and knowledge of all aspects of share-based payment, such as valuations, accounting, disclosures and plan design. |

Didrik Fægri, Account Manager Didrik holds a Bachelor Degree in Business and Administration from Vestfold University College. Before joining Norse Solutions in May 2009, he was trained as an officer in the Norwegian Air Force and served two years in the 339 Helicopter Squadron. He also worked as First Lieutenant in the Norwegian Helicopter Detachment in Kosovo (KFOR XI).

Tor Neple, Senior System Developer Tor Neple holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Norwegian University of Technology and science. Tor worked as a research scientist at SINTEF from 1997 to 2009 where he was involved in the technical work in several international research projects related to model-driven software development. Tor has also been involved in standardization at the Object Management Group where he worked on standards for accounting and model-driven technology. |

Mathangi is a Certified Equity Professional with over 14 years of experience working with leading global banking institutions. Mathangis background includes end-to-end delivery of technology solutions for global banks as well as business analysis in the Stock option administration and accounting domain. Mathangi specialises in providing Requirements analysis and testing services to providers in the Equity Compensation Industry. |

Espen Bråthen, Analyst Espen joined Norse Solutions in November 2009. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He recently finished his Master thesis,”Evaluation of Risk Management Methods for a Hydropower Producer”. In 2008 Espen participated in a summer internship at ABC Inco in Uberlândia, Brazil as Risk Management Coordinator. The program involved trading and hedging of derivatives. |
